CREATING SPACE IN YOUR MIND

Well the year is full on under way….what are you choosing to do with it? Are you stuck in the same old patterns or have you broken free from your mind and allowed yourself time to fly? Personally I go back and forth. Sometimes I feel stuck and others I am able to make my way out of my mind. This is the ebb and flow of life. What’s most important is being able to create space between the thoughts in your mind. When you have mastered this you will feel more at peace.

Today create a few moments of space between the thoughts.

How do you live outside of time?  How do you become more mindful of what’s going on in your life?  
I always teach my clients to step outside of the mind and not attach to the drama, and how to step back and take a breath and be in a still place.  BE with yourself, and see how you’re interacting with the world.  Know that there’s a bigger plan.  When we connect consciously, we can become mindful of what we can do as an individual to avoid drama, family issues or lack consciousness (feeling like there’s not enough).  There’s always enough, there’s always beauty in the moment.

What you are thinking, you create.  The law of attraction says what you are feeling in the moment, you will get more of.   The one thing you truly have power over is your mind!  Trust that things can change!  BREATHE IN…and OUT…and listen to the sound of your breath and rest in that moment of stillness.

  • Think of one thing you want to release.
  • Create a fire in your heart and burn away the old energy.
  • Focus your thoughts on the type of energy you wish your heart to vibrate.
  • In your mind, fill your body with the shimmering light of the Hunter’s moon, allowing it to flow in through the top of your head and through your higher self.
  • Fill your body with this light and vibrate at the highest frequency possible.
  • Connect with the collective consciousness & positive vibes all over the earth!

I recorded this chakra toning and singing bowl video along the beach at night during one of our Super Moons last year.  Allow the sound of the ocean and the sound of the bowl in the key of F (singing to the heart chakra) to clear away any ancestral pain or suffering.  Send LOVE & GRATITUDE to the energies of Mother Earth, and to the moon and the stars…release and clear away all the family issues you may have been struggling with!

Dear Tribe! Can you feel the stillness in the air? The quiet after the storm? There is a new energy on earth and those of you who are “hidden healers” are awakening. Breathe and repeat until the mind is clear. This works well when the mind is overwhelmed with thought, causing you anxiety. I like to ask myself, “Does this thought serve me?” If it doesn’t serve you, it’s wasting your energy — and that’s energy that could be used to create something beautiful!
