For the stargazers out there, the Orionid Meteor Shower peaks this weekend and has been creating a dazzling display across the sky for those lucky enough to see it. This is a perfect time to align your energy with our planet and the Universe by practicing grounding yourself!
Grounding is an important tool in manifesting and tapping into your inner light, but how does one ground?
One way is to get your feet in the dirt. Take off your shoes and stand in the yard, whether on grass or dirt, the earth has energy to assist you in grounding your energy. (Try this tonight while looking for those ‘shooting stars’!)
But what if you cannot get to dirt? It is as simple as taking a breath. Take a deep breath in and concentrate on moving your energy into the Earth. Take a few deep belly breaths and imagine you are going into the mother. Our beautiful Mother Earth is here to guide you and answer your prayers. Feel your heart deeply connecting with her, as you ground your energy and trust all will be well.
When you set a clear intention for manifesting and ground it in the earth the Universe hears you, and as it is the law will give you what you truly desire. I like to say, “Highest and best good, no harm to anyone,” when I ask the Universe to support me. Feel the love of Pachamama and know deep in your heart that you deserve the best!

Synchronicity is the simultaneous occurrence of events that appear significantly related but have no discernible causal connection. Renowned psychiatrist Carl Jung explained it as a “meaningful coincidence.”
According to Live Science, the concept of synchronicity came to Jung during a period of mental illness in the early 1900s. Jung became convinced that everything in the universe is intimately connected, and that suggested to him that there must exist a collective unconscious of humankind. This implied to him that events happening all over the world at the same time must be connected in some unknown way.

Many people are still battling their minds. If you are one of these people you are not alone. Most of us were not taught to be positive, we were taught to worry. Old belief patterns (mistakes…regrets…fears…life in general) creates imprints in our mind. Once we get started it can be hard to dig our way out of the rabbit hole. The thing is YOU are the only one who controls your mind and you have the power to change it. You are the only one who can change it.
It takes practice, but with time you can become the master of your mind.
Below, I have created 3 easy steps to guide you. Do these steps daily and watch how quickly you can identify a thought before it overtakes you. The more you do this the easier it becomes. Then, there will come a time when you will hear the negative thought or worry as it is just entering the mind and you will have the power to shift it.
1. “Look at the bright side” – Become the watcher of your thoughts and if they’re not positive, gently guide yourself into a more uplifting conversation.
2. “Take a moment” – Listen to your thoughts as if you were your own best friend. When the thoughts are running wild, breathe in and out slowly. Give yourself a pep talk.
3. “Creative imagery” – Imagine your mind is like a playground. Create images or ideas that make you feel good.
Do this for 21 days straight.It takes time to create a new habit. Retrain and master your mind today, then watch your whole world change!
