How do you live outside of time?  How do you become more mindful of what’s going on in your life?  
I always teach my clients to step outside of the mind and not attach to the drama, and how to step back and take a breath and be in a still place.  BE with yourself, and see how you’re interacting with the world.  Know that there’s a bigger plan.  When we connect consciously, we can become mindful of what we can do as an individual to avoid drama, family issues or lack consciousness (feeling like there’s not enough).  There’s always enough, there’s always beauty in the moment.

What you are thinking, you create.  The law of attraction says what you are feeling in the moment, you will get more of.   The one thing you truly have power over is your mind!  Trust that things can change!  BREATHE IN…and OUT…and listen to the sound of your breath and rest in that moment of stillness.

3 Easy Steps to Mastering your Mind


Many people are still battling their minds. If you are one of these people you are not alone. Most of us were not taught to be positive, we were taught to worry. Old belief patterns (mistakes…regrets…fears…life in general) creates imprints in our mind. Once we get started it can be hard to dig our way out of the rabbit hole. The thing is YOU are the only one who controls your mind and you have the power to change it. You are the only one who can change it.

It takes practice, but with time you can become the master of your mind.

Below, I have created 3 easy steps to guide you. Do these steps daily and watch how quickly you can identify a thought before it overtakes you. The more you do this the easier it becomes. Then, there will come a time when you will hear the negative thought or worry as it is just entering the mind and you will have the power to shift it.

1. “Look at the bright side” – Become the watcher of your thoughts and if they’re not positive, gently guide yourself into a more uplifting conversation.

2. “Take a moment” – Listen to your thoughts as if you were your own best friend. When the thoughts are running wild, breathe in and out slowly. Give yourself a pep talk.

3. “Creative imagery” – Imagine your mind is like a playground. Create images or ideas that make you feel good.

Do this for 21 days straight. It takes time to create a new habit.  Retrain and master your mind today, then watch your whole world change!

Create a Vibration of Prosperity in the New Year!

As the year comes to an end, and you reflect on this past year, what will you think of? Most of us will dwell on the mistakes or problems we had, or are still having. Very few will look over the past year and say, “Good job my friend”. Instead of beating yourself up over things you cannot change, take a moment and see all the accomplishments you have made, no matter how small. Pat yourself on the back then say, “Well done”! This is the first step in shifting your vibration to become more prosperous.

As a Shaman I teach people to take their power back by focusing their attention on releasing negative self-talk, and falling more in love with themselves. If you want to create more prosperity, then it is important to become more loving with yourself. Create a vibe around you that will increase your magnetism. You know the type of person you enjoy being around right? Someone uplifting and happy, someone who is so secure you can’t help but want to be near them. You can become the person you dream of by listening to your inner guidance.
Most of us are so in our heads it’s hard to get out. We find ourselves in an unstoppable cycle of repetitive patterns. Mentally we go over the same problem trying to find a better solution. Does doing this really help? I feel this is actually what keeps us from finding inner peace. Make a promise to yourself that in the year 2015 you will commit to living in present time consciousness. Let go of the worry, and try something new. Trust that everything will work itself out as long as you stay positive and keep a high vibration. Do this for 30 days and see what happens.
One way I have been able to shift is to listen to my thoughts, and observe how they make me feel. How you feel has a great deal to do with how your life is showing up. When one creates a vibration of love, and safety around them, automatically things begin to get better.
Many times I had to fake it till I made it, but it worked! Each time I shifted my consciousness and vibration around an issue the issue dissolved, and things worked out. Now that’s not to say it was always in my favor, it’s just that the way I felt about the situation and my perceptions shifted, so I was happier.
It can just be a subtle shift, a little reminder that your thoughts are going in the wrong direction. Then you gently bring your awareness into your body and breathe. Release all that no longer serves you. Find all the things you are grateful for, smile for no reason, sit quietly and find joy in the silence. I know these seem like simple tools for success but they work. Once you can get a handle on your thoughts you will notice your body more, and your intuition will heighten. The importance of having a heightened intuition is learning to trust your inner guidance. As a society we have given our power away for so long that we have begun to not trust ourselves. We need to trust our inner knowing so we can experience happier, prosperous lives.
Everyone is searching for an answer. All of us want the key to success. My feeling is true success comes from deep within. It comes from a place of falling so in love with ourselves that we believe in who we are as individuals, trust our decisions, and know that we deserve the best that life has to offer.
This year, learn how to shift the energetics of a situation by shifting your perceptions, and watch your whole life change!

Ancient Knowledge Roots
I was in England with my cousin Sara when I took this photo. The roots of this tree grew above the ground and had been there since the eleven hundreds when the French came to build a monastery. I lay down upon these roots and drank in their inner wisdom. To have seen so much and been in the ground so ling I knew they had messages for me. As I felt the cold earth beneath me I began to imagine what it must have been like to have lived there.
The next time you are near an old tree, take a moment to listen to its wisdom.

Meditation & Prayer

Meditation & Prayer

There are many different ways to meditate. Sitting still is not always the answer for everyone all the time. Any chance you get to unload your mind do it. You can watch your thoughts as you walk down the street or as you are gardening. Expressive movement & dance are great ways as well. I find myself meditating when washing the dishes or writing. Try not to get hung up on the “HOW” or the “RIGHT” way of meditating and praying. Just do it. You will see and fell noticeable results!

Try this now….sit back…relax. Take in a breath and let go. Sink into your chair….and let every muscle relax…just let it all go…..
Close your eyes and take another breath….
Feel the lightness in your body as your release your mind.
Send loving vibrations throughout your system. Remember the happiest moment in your life….see it now….Think of warm golden liquid… life force energy from the sun permeating every fiber of your being as it pours in through the top of your head and fills your body from head to toe. Clear your thought for a few moments…..
Now…
Imagine yourself living the life you want. Ask your guides, angels, creator, God, whatever you believe in to support you during this time of transition. Trust the Universe is here to support you at all times….feel the love and support from the unseen….this is truth…this is pure love….take this into your day today and everyday…..Munay!
