inner-spiritPast wounds can get stuck in your energy field and chakra body creating feelings of lack and fear as well as many other issues. Becoming conscious of how you feel is key. Throughout the day check in with yourself and see how you are feeling.  Notice how you feel around certain people. Do this exercise with no judgment; just observe.

When you feel as if you are getting triggered breathe and ground yourself. You can do this by simply imagining your feet are like the roots of a tree. Anchor into your divine line and attach it to the front of your spine. Breathe again and notice if this person is still able to trigger you or if you can fill yourself up with yourself and let it go. Connecting with our inner children can help with this.

Hello Tribe,

My latest radio show was a blast. My good friend She-She asked me to be on her International Angels network last week and I agreed. I felt discussing an attitude of gratitude and how to live a mindful life would be a great way to start the New Year. We discussed many tips on how to stay grateful and mindful in the moment. She-She mentioned how being “mindful” is actually being “mindless”. What an interesting concept right? How to be mindless and mindful at the same time? I can break it down like this. As I become more conscious and aware of my life I become more mindful. Then, as I become mindless, I am actually less focused on the negative world around me, my thoughts, my past and then I am truly letting go. I play with these ideas and concepts and learn how not to be attached. Practicing non-attachment is a wonderful way to let go. I breathe in light and breathe out love and trust that the universe has my back.

I cannot express how much fun I had at the end of the show. We did readings and mini healings for those listeners who called in. It was so fun to help people on the spot from all over the nation. There are lots of great tips and a light filled mediation at the end.

Ancestral Knowledge lives within’ is a deep thought and one of the cards in the Good Vibes deck.

When I went to Pisaq, Peru for the first time in 2007, I knew I had been here before. While in a Despacho ceremony, I saw myself as a young girl climbing barefoot through the hills. Then my little brother (who, in this life, is my older sister) and I were in a cave. I knew we had no parents, and that I must take care of her.

Then the Condor showed up and the vision ended.

As many of you know, I pride myself on being a ‘feeler healer’ and do not usually “See” But this experience left me with deep GRATITUDE for my Ancestral knowledge and past life experiences.
